Mushrooms and I....

...have a most peculiar relationship!

I love chopping them....and frying them in butter!
I adore the smell and the colour!
I love the sizzling noise when you add a tiny squeeze of lemon!
But I really don't like to eat them! I try every time I cook them as they smell so gorgeous, but it is a texture thing! I just can't stand the texture!

But everyone else loved them for brunch! And I love cooking the food the men in my life enjoy!

Also got the cards written, books marked and lessons planned!
