I've spotted it

Yes, my 100th blip has arrived and I'm not even one year old! 

Blimey it was windy up on the hill today, my hair was everywhere.

 I'm still not right, the V-E-T decided I've got colitis and prescribed a course of antibiotics to supplement the weird orange granules that my owner keeps putting in my food. But there seems to be little improvement, I spend a great deal of time on my walks squatting in the leaves. Most unsatisfactory.
