Mouse

A quick hour at Spike Island this morning in the wind and cold only turned up a few of the usual suspects but this little mouse was running around at the feeding station. 

Then we went for lunch with the family at La Boheme, a lovely French restaurant, to celebrate Dad's 80th birthday. This has been a few weeks coming as we needed to wait for mum to be fit enough to enjoy it. Her mouth and taste buds have been really affected by the treatment, but now she is much better and really enjoyed the scallops, venison and lemon soufflé she chose.
