Peter

Went for my second session with Peter who is a practitioner for the Bowen Technique. I may be clutching at straws but I'm getting desperate for some pain relief. He reckons he will be able to help with the pain and the movement. Fingers crossed.

Called at Bicester Aldi before popping to see
mum.

Very busy day and I was exhausted when we got home.
