Inspiration

Sometimes we all need a bit!

I was invited to visit the garden of some friends today.  Good to escape for an afternoon of like-minded company.  An inspiring garden with many special plants going wild as well as some nice individual specimen plants.  The featured plant is Corydalis solida, a plant of deciduous woodlands in the wild, flowering before the canopy expands.  D & P have many colour forms which have interbred, spreading themselves by seed all around the garden.  This reddish form caught my eye - some other variations in an extra pic.

A mind centred approach to pain management - as opposed to drug centred - seems to be a little more effective today after last night's crisis.  It's hard being so far away when your child is hurting.
