Brightening Up ....

......  A Grey Day

Relentlessly dull here today chilly too but ideal gardening weather.  The morning was mine, more cuttings and seedlings potted up plus a raised bed cleaned up and dressed with fresh grit for the first time in many years.   The afternoon was spent with Una while her carer had their break.  She had a snooze today, I had taken my card making kit along with me which meant a productive 90 minutes between chat times.

A long chat with a happy Ruth tonight - she'd had a great day at NAIDEX (lookitup!) at the NEC - was a lovely.  Jamie's treatment is challenging at the moment, sort of no pain no gain, but despite it being difficult in Southampton he is in good hands.  We'll be off to see him soon.
