Inquisitive!

Early to bed last night, as we were unsure if or what time the landscapers were going to arrive.......I was awake from 6.20, dozed then a taxi woke us both with a start, beeping their horn, to alert a neighbour, so inconsiderate!!

Needless to say we had a message from the landscapers saying they need to rework their estimate as we have changed our minds re paving......so no action for a couple of days I guess, not a problem really, but will be glad when things get moving!

We met a friend for lunch today, we only meet a couple of times a year, so its a lengthy catch up session, which is always nice, especially on a day like today, it has been so nice, sunny, blue skies and 16 degrees :-)

Once we arrived back home, a quick change and out into the garden, to finish off digging up things that still
need to be moved. Three clematis now in pots, such a shame to cut them down, as they were all in leaf, with buds, but needs must, as the trellis they were attached to is going! Hopefully they will recover and flower next year, or maybe later this year!

I cleaned the bird bath, refilled all the feeders, all the time watched by this little robin, very brave and comfortable, flitting back and forth, singing at the top of its little lungs, so lovely to listen to, so it had to be my blip for today.

Its gone cool already, and I think it will be chilly tonight!

We are off to the pub quiz tonight, can't possibly do any worse than we did last week, surely......!!!
