Dolly in Portpatrick
We are away for a couple of days in Portpatrick. We drove down via Dumfries to visit Lewis' grandparents, we had a lovely afternoon catching up with them. Lovely drive along to Portpatrick, the weather cleared up and was beautifully sunny, until we got to Portpatrick itself. My mum always talks about the haar coming off the sea where she lives, I think this definitely fit the description. We checked into our hotel and then walked along to explore a bit. Loved this wee bridge nestled in between the rocks, not entirely sure of its purpose. The haar cleared just in time for the sunset, so we had a nice end to the day before heading back for dinner.
Thank you for all the lovely comments and favourites on my swan rescue, it's much appreciated.
