A strange day as I couldn’t help out at Foodbank. Although I have shingles I don’t feel really ill - just a bit grotty and tired with pain and I’ve got to the bit where I am not contagious but am still.imited with what I can do.
We went to Portland for a wander this afternoon - love the little walk along the prom by Chesil Cove.
