In these shoes, I don't think so

Last day of my trip away with girlfriends, an early breakfast, & car packed, we headed to Tavistock, perfect timing. Plenty of space in the car park, a perfect coffee stop at Dukes in the sunshine, a lovely mooch around the very busy thriving market where many of the stall holders were wearing hats. Friday 29th March is Wear A Hat Day, a Brain Tumour Research awareness countrywide event. We all made purchases of one kind or another including a snack to eat at our next destination.  While waiting for Sandy & Josie outside one of the shops, I noticed these wacky shoes on display in a shop window. Not quite what I expected to see really in Tavi, there must be demand though as there were more than one pair on display, totally unsuitable for moorland walking of which I was about to do. Our next destination was Foggintor Quarry up on Dartmoor. A perfect spot to eat our snack before exploring the remains.
Now home, unpacked, chillin' with a cider.
