Grafters

Here we have Stephen and Ryan, they have been replacing our 30+ year old  leaking, Velux window with a solar powered new one. We went with solar power because when I need to open it, i:e, if it's super hot or if there is a bumble bee stuck in the window, I have to stand on tip toe on the arm of the sofa holding a long pole in one hand (whilst steadying myself with the other), it's quite a hilarious site.
There were a few problems installing the window (the new window was very slightly too big for the old hole, and they had to replace 30 tiles of Welsh slate), but it all got finished and I am very pleased with the end result.
I was very happy with their work, a pair of good lads, who worked hard all day, I did keep them supplied with coffee and double chocolate digestive biscuits.
