Walkies!!

Busy day in the garden for B and the girls. I continued with the quilt. I helped out with the afternoon walk for the girls through the village. There was hardly a soul about and even the canal was quiet.

Lovely surprise this evening. I thought that we were having a takeaway, so didn’t need to prepare dinner, but R arrived with the necessary food stuff and cooked dinner for the three of us. She had made the arrangements with B as she is working tomorrow and cannot join us on Mother’s Day.

Super healthy meal, with a very nice NZ Sauvignon Blanc, and loads of tales and laughter.

The dogs were delighted to see her, lots of cuddles and noise!!!
