The Light

So maybe I was overly emotional when he mentioned doing a dinner meeting tonight. Perhaps I could have been more supportive when he said he'd have to make one more trip to Chicago and would be away now till Christmas. It might not have been very sensible to consume an entire box of chocolates to console myself. It was however very sensible to agree to a quick cup of tea after work with Nas. She was beaming so brightly when I met her I almost forgot to be miserable.
