Good News... hopefully

Thank you for the good wishes yesterday.

The vet has called us a few times today to update us on Whisky (our ginger ratbag cat). He spent the night on a drip, painkillers and antibiotics and he could walk this morning, so that's progress. He has had x-rays and they sedated him to examine him properly. Apparently he is black and blue on one side and has a lot of blood collected around the muscles, so it looks like he has taken a very hard knock. No broken bones though. He's at the vets for another night and they might put a drain in, but we might get to pick him up tomorrow :)

Jack, as you can see, is not in the least bit bothered by Whisky's disappearance.
