Honey rum

We were first introduced to honey rum many years ago on the island of Fueteventura. We are staying in an hotel near the ferry port this evening as we have a 7.30am ferry to catch in the morning before our flight home mid morning. We had a lovely meal this evening and after the meal these 3 nearly empty liquor bottles were put on the table for us to choose. The waiter thought I would like the manzana which is a non alcoholic apple as I was drinking water. However, I am rather partial to honey rum and that is my small glass in the foreground. Off to bed now as the alarms are set for 5.45 am.
