Windfall

We were treated to an evening, (all night, and most of today) without electricity. A storm blew in with lots of rain, hail and wind. We lost this tree in our front yard. I'm sure that's what I heard that woke me in the middle of the night. Tree limbs kept hitting the roof too. This hemlock fell away from our vehicles and the house, fortunately! Now the cleanup will begin. Someday. It's not in the way, so who knows when that will happen!
It's supposed to snow down to the 500 ft. level tonight and tomorrow. We may wake up to white!
