Floating

Although the seas around many parts of India are 30C most Indians cannot swim. Sometimes we have Indians join us (especially ladies) who may never have left their home towns before, travelled on their own, and certainly not have been swimming. One of my colleagues and friends Arul (I have posted photos of him before) has learnt to float and swim and teaches anyone who wishes to learn to do the same. And floating has become a significant metaphor for the learning here in that they have to be present and free of inner noise. The ladies wear full dress at all times so they have the weight of that to manage too.. so this is Arul, and Tulsi and Malini were floating soon after.
