Blah!

I'd ordered something yesterday which I was told I could pick up after about 4.00pm today.

I pretty much wasted a lot of the day (it's been damp though not too bad) and did only a small amount of work around the house.

I headed to town to pick up said item only to find they couldn't deliver today - unexpected happenings :( The funny thing was that, as I left them yesterday I realised I hadn't left my phone number. I remember actually thinking "It doens't matter - it'll be fine" . The girl who served me also apparently realised she hadn't taken my phone number and had a very similar thought . . . .

We were both wrong! And she obviously couldn't call me earlier in the day to tell me about the delay. Bummer.

Back there again tomorrow.

Fingers crossed (and yes - they have my phone number now!)

Early night tonight I think - I'm tired.
