Passing the Beacon

7C showery morning and sunny afternoon. Moderate Easterly breeze.

After lunch Fergus and I went for a walk out to the old shipyard. It was cold but it had brightened up and the sun was out. As we passed the little pier and beach at Dalintober we saw some teenagers standing talking, some of whom were in wet wetsuits. No sign of boards or kayaks, so swimming ... cold !

Rotra Mare is at the new quay again and most of the waiting wind turbine sections have been loaded.

Out at the shipyard we watched one of the Salmon boats come in past Davaar island and as it did it passed a yacht which was heading into the loch.
