Studs

Not sure what you call these (studs?) but they are decorative and probably functional in the sense that they strengthen the doors adding a layer of protection. This is a detail of a local church door. We spent the day meandering and taking in easy. Despite the rain storm, we enjoyed doing nothing very much.
