I embrace life and life embraces me.

That's my mantra that I say to myself at the end of my morning yoga practice.

Rain, hail or shine I've been doing my morning yoga. Once I get into the groove of doing it, it's not hard to keep up the practice. Especially as Tiziano gets up about 40 minutes after me.

We also returned to the gym today after missing a few days during Virginia and Sylvie's visit. Hard, hard, hard!! But it felt good afterwards.

In the evening I went to a theatre performance with John and Angelo, Dean and Michael, leaving Tiziano at home. It was a lot of fun - "Something Rotten", a comedy set in Shakespeare's times.
