Sophie On A Swing

We've had a busy day: Tess and I shared the park run first thing this morning (she did one lap, I did two) while the other one of us helped Sophie cheer the other runners on; then, after a late breakfast, we went for a walk in the woods at Lytes Cary, our nearest National Trust property, where she enjoyed trying out this big swing.

Not long after we got back our friends Roger & Jo called in for a catch up after a shopping trip in Clarks Village. Sophie then got very excited watching the Grand National when her horse ( chosen because she liked the jockey's colours) was involved in the final run in - and very disappointed when it ran out of steam.

Both Sophie and Grandma & Grandad also ran out of steam shortly afterwards.
