Looking The Other Way

Another typical lockdown day. After our morning cuppa in bed, we got up and attempted the Joe Wicks workout before breakfast. Having checked in with Chris, Kate & Sophie we did the shopping for the next few days. Before lunch, I rang my golfing partner Henri for a chat; he reckons his golf has improved since he's not been playing!

This afternoon we had a walk across the fields to the ponds at Sharpham again. The blip is taken from more or less the same place as last Thursday's but looking 180 degrees in the opposite direction.

Back home, I wrote another chapter of our holiday story and emailed it off to Sophie. She face timed just now, snuggled up in bed, so I could read her a bedtime story. One of the consolations of not being able to be with her in person right now is that we have the technology to be able to do this sort of thing virtually.
