Too much gadding

Oh dear, a bit of a desperation blip tonight - too much gadding going on and it got dark, so this is a glimpse through the stained glass door into our sitting room. Nice colours though. It was either that or a fuzzy oyster catcher, the fuzziness badly concealed by a bit of heavy handed processing!!

Out gadding last night to Annabel's where they had prepared a sumptuous spread of middle eastern cuisine. We ate pearl barley risotto, cauliflower and hummus, flamed aubergine, rocket salad with pomegranate, and loads of dips with delicious flatbread. This was then followed by an outrageous strawberry creamy spongy confection and my healthy fruit salad! We then had a table tennis marathon and completely wore ourselves out. Earthdreamery's serves are still fiendish - they come towards you then suddenly veer off at the last moment, but I was getting him sussed by the end!

More gadding today and another enormous lunch - this time at Annie's where the WWOOF Ireland team were regaled with nutroast followed by cranberry cheesecake! A quiet night in is now in order.
