38 years ago tonight Marlane and I met for the very first time. It's an anniversary we never forget. never seem to get the chance to do anything to celebrate it though, whatever plans we make always get turned over by something or other. It's usually family stuff so we don't really mind.

Jonty was just about to settle down on the settee when I caught him with the camera. He puts his head behind a cushion and if he's on the bed he sticks his nose and eyes beneath the bedspread. You'd think he'd suffocate but he seems to doze away quite happily.
