Shepherd’s Bush Market

R and I took a trip down memory lane this morning and headed to Shepherd’s Bush Market to buy some material for a small upholstery job that needs finishing. I’ve been watching Escape to the Chateau and am in awe of how much they achieve, so today I was determined to get my little job finished.
R and I met whilst working round the corner for a homeless charity about 12yrs ago, and we loved one of the falafel stalls on the market, and it didn’t disappoint today.
The market itself isn’t the most exciting though and we wondered how it’s surviving. The Diner is a new addition to us, but not open today for some reason. There are still some of the original stall holders though, with all the banter you’d expect.
