Game over

The morning was much curtailed as there was an early kick off up at Tynecastle, presumably to lesson the possibility of there being a bit of bother. And we were treated to one of the more entertaining derbies of recent years, writes a neutral. And Hearts were utterly dominant until shortly after they scored the opener. And as is so often the case, "they let their guard down" and "fell for the sucker punch". Not much wrong with Hibs second goal, which was to prove the winner, and which was an absolute screamer. Thereafter a barrowload of chances fell to our inept forwards who skyed every one. Levein must go.
And in the Hearts main stand who was enjoying it but young Tom, the elder Ciglet, who I’d escorted to the ground with his borrowed ticket under strict instructions to cheer on the team in maroon. A difficult task for even the diehard jambo, so that might have been tough come the final whistle. Presumably that’s how he lost his hat - throwing it in the air in delight.
And some brief most enjoyable chats afterward in Digdogs for a couple of hours.
Much later, Foxtrot on Netflix. A terrific Israeli film with so many great scenes from the unbearably heartfelt to those which were hilarious and surreal like an updated good soldier Švejk.
Ok, that’s enough football talk.
