It was going to be lambs

I finally collected everything together to take over to a homeless charity in one of the villages, with the added intention of photographing the lambs in the grounds of Turvey Hall.  They were within range when I went past on my outward journey but typically had moved further away when I got back.

Instead you have a sepia view of one of the stone cottages on the edge of the village.

I've just had a call from the nurse in Gynaecology/Oncology in Bedford to say that because my cancer is Stage 1B, Addenbrooke's are pulling rank to carry out the surgery in Cambridge.  I should get a call from them over the next few days to call me in for an assessment and book the operation.  Bugger, bugger, bugger.
