Life in the Uist

There I was filing the car with petrol and I looked at the view. This is a bit of it. The airport is just to the right. There are advantages to living here.
Making the most of a very decent day's sunshine, the dog and I did the North Uist loop taking in a walk or two as well as looking at a few piles of stones. Then pottering about the house as there are more Airbnb guests arriving tonight.
After all this excitement I celebrated with a take-away Chinese with one of the neighbours. Tasted great but I know if I had the same tomorrow, it have lost its appeal.
