Good news all round!

I had a really nice start to the day. I had an appointment in town so I got to see the egg-yolk sun at its prime time! Which always makes me happy!
Later I went for a hospital appointment in Sheffield, which I can only describe to you as 'interesting' and let's just say 'i'm bloody glad it's over'. It was an appointment to try and investigate the medication I'm currently on and to consider other options. This is because my medication is currently a prohibited drug and I would run the risk of being disqualified. So this has been a big deal for me and my family. I'm just glad it's over with now and hopefully they've got all the information they needed!
After I went to kieras house. Which is in sheffield too. Dad arrived later and we all went out for a Nandos. Which was what I needed on that day. A nice fat juicy plate of chicken legs with peri salted chips and a nice big bowl of coleslaw. I'll sleep well tonight guys! Night night all
