Morning Rays Catching Reynard
A lovely bright but chilly morning. I photographed the Canada geese on the move and was delighted to capture a linnet perching in a young tree that I have persuaded MrQ not to cut down. Reynard was fast asleep in number thirteen disused glasshouse and I was able to adjust my settings before I climbed up to snap him.
Ollie dog and I had lovely cross-country walk with my daughter and granddog. The bluebells are just starting to come out in the little wood carpeted with dog's mercury that our dogs love exploring.
I photographed my first speckled wood butterfly of the season this afternoon.
