Miles of fencing....

… across Harrogate's precious stray.
I had to walk quite a long way to get from one side to the other!
It's all there for the laying of a new water main across town. The trench where the new pipe runs is fenced off and metal tracks put down for the machinery to drive on. The machine in the centre image has some sort of attachment on it for feeding the sections of pipe into the trench. After this, the turf goes back on top. The sections that have been done so far look very neat and tidy.
