Small things

At this time of year when leaves and the first flowers are slowly appearing the amazing , delicate colours and shapes always draw the eye.   It is however hard to do them justice in any mere reproduction. 

This is just one leaf cluster amongst hundreds on a cotoneaster bush by our gate.
