looking across to Wetherlam

A lovely day catching up with mum and dad’s neighbours who are staying in the Langdales. We walked over to the Three Shires and back. The sun never made it out today so it felt quite raw.

On my way over I stopped for the obligatory photo of the daffs as near to the same day as Dorothy Wordsworth notes seeing them in her journal...they are well passed their best this year ...
