A winter's afternoon

It seems unreal that Christmas is next week. The only signs are the Christmas cards since I am unable to go to carol services or to go shopping and get caught up in the hype! Lane walking is my enjoyment. It gets me out of the house into the fresh air! I was able to take a shower at my neighbour's house which was wonderful! Our shower is over the bath and I wont be able to climb into the bath for nearly three months - unbelievable!
