Leaping Jeeves

I'm on annual leave this week. Rowan started a paper round so I woke up to make him a coffee and to make sure he was out. I went out early with the dogs and we had a nice walk through the countryside. Just as I got back, Rowan phoned as he was struggling to find a couple of the houses on his round. We sorted it and then met up with Grandad and Lewis for some breakfast at the local McDonalds...bagels/porridge/coffee/hash browns.

I called in at my library to sign up for the Twilight Reading Group which is the third Thursday of each month. I collected this months book: The Salt Path by Raynor Winn and have half read it today so I should be ok for finishing it by Thursday.

I recently bought a new Crock Pot so have made Campfire Stew for tea (veggie version).

Subway lunch when Brian finished work. Jed came too. Another walk with the dogs and just about to run Lewis to work at Asda before I enjoy my evening reading.
