Lasagne

It's been lovely having a couple of days off work, even if we* were quite busy taking down the shed and driving to and from the tip. All my household chores have been done along the way, though, which meant today really was mine to do whatever I fancied. 

Amongst other things, I decided to make lasagne. The recipe I use is pretty time consuming but, believe me, it's worth it. Here is the beast, just before I popped it in the oven.
