I've been out for most of the day on a couple of long but interesting site visits involving fire safety compliance, one of which involved crawling round in a dusty roof space. I didn't get to have my lunch break until 4pm.

I passed this shop on the way back to the office. Now I know where to go for diet advice, bust zips and for sorting out the fall out from a dirty weekend.
