Chicken Run

SATURDAY

An enjoyable 10 km on the treadmill before breakfast and a 5 km walk up to the moor late afternoon. This clutch of chickens were pecking in the grass at the side of the road.

Much colder and overcast with a rain shower late morning - probably typical April weather.

Poached salmon salad for lunch
Finished off the coq au vin for dinner

Made some pain au chocolats for tomorrow’s breakfast but accidentally ate them
