Chilling

Very lazy day in MK....I had no voice at all and quite a cough. Started slowly over croissants and tea, then went with K to explore cake shop to get advice on a wedding cake she’s making but wanting to try a new icing technique (concrete look anyone?!).
Back via my old house in Broughton for a nostalgic look, then easter egg shopping before home. Had AR for a while whilst H tried to get a nap with Mx, then him as well whilst H nipped out. By then it was warm and sunny so we played in K’s back garden with bubbles, watering cans, and helping A&O doing gardening. Mx chatting away about his car and pointing out every plane that passed overhead
Gave them tea when H returned then made some supper and A&N came round to tell us about the other venues they’d visited in Galloway on their way to collect the cats from Mt&H’s.
Another quiet evening with me coughing away,,,,
