Two fat ladies

Eighty-eight!

Replicas of Malta’s prehistoric ‘fat lady’ statuettes are all over the place and very touristy but I love them. These two are the Sleeping Lady from the Hypogeum and the headless figurine from the Hagar Qim temples.

Been taking it easy at home today, following two hours’ sleep after I got back at 4am and this ongoing cold (unless I’ve developed hay fever or something).
