Long day

Long day at work. Was out of the house not long after 7am for another hour with the physio. We finally reached my wrist in today's assessment. Definite nerve inflammation at play which is referring pain to wrist and when very bad, elbow. We're working on reducing that to see if all the pain is from the nerves or if there's something in the wrist too.

Decided to listen to my body and had a quiet night in. Some Lush bath bombs should come with a warning! Nice clean bath now black and glittery!
