Shining Cranesbill

I don't think I've come across this before. There were three very healthy clumps growing on Queensferry Road. It's always good to find something new.... and there's a bonus ladybird too.
Busy day today, Ali and I went into town to pick up a dress which had been being altered for a wedding next weekend. Unfortunately it hadn't been done right but fortunately there is time to correct it.
Back to the Gyle to do some shopping then home in time for hot cross buns, after all it is Good Friday.
We had a very moving good Friday service this afternoon and as the service this evening was at the Parish Church we were able to get things set up afterwards for tomorrow evening which will make things easier then.
Got home in time to see E and K who had dropped in for more hot cross buns, life can be hard at times!
A quiet evening and an early night followed hopefully by a good sleep.
