SNAKE!

A rather small and probably frightened garter snake disturbed when I started to clean out dead leaves from the heuchera. But he didn't disappear under the porch even though I ran in , got the camera and picked up the bag he was hiding behind. I picked up the bag because I thought he was gone , and was going to get back to gardening,.But there he was!
