Ladybird?

After the usual shop and visit to my aunt - no trip to North Berwick as our son went yesterday - I spent a glorious afternoon in the garden. Caught up with lots of things including power hosing some paving slabs. - see extra. This was going to be my blip highlighting the contrast in colour.

But I then spotted this | the main blip -on the rim of a pot. Is it a ladybird in summer clothes?
