After a (very) full day of interviews with some very interesting candidates I headed home to go out with my wife to the theatre.

We’d booked the evening many months ago. While I’d seen the film the stage performance was astounding. Spectacular, emotional, moving and brilliant. And the depiction of animals, not just horses, was stunning. You felt they were living creatures.

Lives up to its billing - and a powerful message about the devastation and waste created by conflict.
