Standing Tall

Well a lovely day to day weather wise and a very enjoyable day birding.We went around a few local places to check out what migrants had arrived . At the 1st stop it was very quite nothing much about and thought that things didn't look good. Thankfully when we moved on we went to a place called Linwood warren nr. Market Rasen. Upon getting out the car we could hear a Nuthatch calling out see extra (there was actually 3 of them) we then caught site of 3 Crossbills see extra . A few other common bits about . We then moved on to Kirkby moor where we found a Ring Ouzle which flew just as I took a shot. I have included 2 extras but if you would like to see some more shots you can HERE .
After getting home I got the car washed and then watched a spot of football before going and picking Julie up from jeri's .
A relaxing evening in preparation for a trip to Salford to watch Wigan play.
