Rays

Another gorgeous sunny warm day. Did some catching up stuff first thing and chatted to AR and Mx after they’d done their Easter egg hunt around the garden...very chatty for s change!
Headed over to Joppa then walked the length of the whole beach (helped the step count!) to the other side of Portobello, stopping a few times to read my next book group book and have tea and a flapjack. Stunning day....the beach was busy in parts but plenty of places to sit and enjoy the quiet and the sun. Someone had scrawled 'Happy Easter' in the sand....certainly a lovely place to be enjoying a holiday weekend. Mt sent me a photo (extra) of the little ones hand in hand in the woods....they’re virtually the same height!
Home to do the ironing then relax again over supper. Back to work tomorrow!
