Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni

Another comforting dish from Jamie's Dinners recipe book, spinach and ricotta cannelloni.

This is a pretty tasty recipe and not too difficult to make. I have actually made it once before and have to admit it came out slightly better last time - I think I must've put slightly less tomato sauce than called for in the recipe, which allowed the top of the cannelloni to crisp up nicely. Still very delicious if you're after a hearty Italian meal.
