Cooling Off

A beautiful spot for a cooling dip half way round my run this morning, with only the birds for company. The kids were up for a lazy day but that's not really my cup of tea so I headed out on the bike late morning for an hour, then we headed out to the coast where the kids dug, paddled and played and the grown ups read.
